One of the only reasons I ever go to the Gold Coast casino is for Noodle Exchange. This place is great for hot pot and bento boxes! We had two types of hot pot (spicy and regular), a Mongolian beef bento box with fried rice and a combination stir fry noodle dish. Hot pot at Noodle Exchange is always good, no question. Next time I go, I'll be trying a different bento box especially with all the options they have.

Good selection of not just noodles....but traditional Asian foods and hot pots. Atmosphere is not something to write home about. A lot of people ordered the hot pot. It is a lot of food for $20. Their Pa Tai is already pretty good. The beef noodle soup is a bit too salty for me. If you are looking for a place to eat that has a great selection and are reasonably priced, give it a try.

Yummy, Fills my Tummy ===== Love this noodle house at the Gold Coast. Great prices at lunch. Fast service at the counter. Hardworking staff. I only wish they were open later. Lunch is about half the price of dinner. I’m not sure if they serve alcohol. To be safe, get your drink from the center bar.

I've been patronizing this place since it open but never was mistreated until today. Such neglect on customer service while waiting for the food. No soup so we asked nicely and ther server snapped with stinky attitude. We told the manager but I doubt she will correct her worker on better customer service. Ping pang pong manager and workers are always better choice. They lost a loyal customer!

If you gamble in this casino, you get comps for this restaurant! That's a win in my book! Very good food as the chef is hired from Hk. This is probably one of the more Authentic noodle restaurants in Las Vegas. I had beef noodle soup and it was amazing. Wonderful aromatic smell coming from the soup. Very fresh beef taste and noodles that are cooked in front of you!

While they have variations of noodles dishes, decent plates are Chinese foods. The others don't taste as authentic. They are all have to much oil for our taste. The popular dish is hot pot, the broth is ok.

My husband and I are new to Las Vegas, but Noodle Express had the Best Wong Tong Soup I ever ate in my life! My husband spoke highly of the Hot and Sour soup as well. The service could be a little better, but the food was great so far. Thanks
