I Loved This Place My Mom Works Here But It Closed Down Now She Works At The Bistro, And Every Halloween I Got Candy. I love that place...

This is a true gem in a great casino. It’s on one of the highest floors of the Palms casino and it has one of the best views of Las Vegas. The food, service and wine selection is amazing. I’ve been here several times over the years but always neglected to do a review. Well here it is.. many time here and never a bad experience.

Our experience was classy and delicious. We had the chefs tasting menu and it was devine. Service was impeccable as well as the food. Nathaniel, our waiter was super professional. He and the matre d went above and beyond. Thank you all. Great crew.

Amazing food. My buddy and I tried a bit of everything. It all came out at different times which was perfect because we ordered so much. Excellent service.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Alize! Been here numerous times and they never let me down. Customer service is always on point, food is amazing, presence is exciting and the prices for what you get are reasonable. Fellas, if you want to impress a young lady, this is the place to do it! This is my favorite restaurant in Vegas, by far!!!

Let me start off by saying that I do not write many reviews, but I had to write one about this gem of a restaurant. We chose this restaurant based on a review by Sally Bernstein whom is a well known food critic. She mentioned that the restaurant served sweetbreads which is one of my favorite dishes. I am a gourmet cook, but sweetbreads are one dish I will not prepare at home, because of the days of preparation needed to perfect the dish. I called the restaurant, because I did not see that particular item on the menu. I was told that it was not a standard menu item, but that they would be glad to order it for me. I was then asked how I would like them prepared, or if I wanted to leave it up to the chef. I of course said leave it up to the chef! I was not disappointed! In fact, it was one the best meals I have had in a long time. I had the foie gras as an appetizer, and it too was prepared beautifully. My husband and friends (who live in Vegas, on the strip) ordered a 3 course meal which started with carpaccio or a salad, followed by fillet mignon or fish, and finished with chocolate soufflé or creme brûlée. The Fillet literally melted in your mouth, and the desserts were sinful. The staff was wonderful and treated us like royalty. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant, not for its magnificent views, but for its decadent food, and incredible service.

The food was perfectly cooked and tasted awesome. My one issue was that the server spoke to quickly and thus the explanations were all lost. This is a meal you take your time with and thus the explanation should follow suit. Slow down gentlemen, slow down

Alize has an incredible view of the Las Vegas strip. My favorite dishes are the rack of lamb and filet mignon. Service was great and the staff was friendly.

Everything was absolutely delicious and the view of the strip is amazing. Expensive but definitely worth it.

Elegant ambience with nice view. Foods were delicious. Like my steak which was good serving size and perfectly cooked. Service is great. One of my favorite in Vegas. $80 up per person.
