We had a great room. Very spacious, the bathroom was very nice. Stand up shower plus a tub. Pool is awesome. Lazy river swim up bars and 4 or 5 hot tubs. A great value.

We love Harrahs. They have grown so much in the last few years and have great amenities. The rooms are clean and affordable for how nice they are, they have a nice selection of slot machines, and with the pool and brewery there is plenty of things to do. The only reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is because I have gotten bad information from several of their employees about spa prices, amenities, and happy hour specials. It kind of seems like there is a communication issue with the staff. Otherwise it is a great place to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle.

3 Stars because of the great reggae Sunday events. They should get more big names to come down and perform. Truly my rating was for the lobby. The atmosphere was extremely thick on cigarettes and other tobacco products...I couldn't wait to get outside for fresh air. With that, I can only imagine how hard it would be to sleep at night here.

Unforgettable experience. Just a few minutes away, feels like you're in Vegas! The rooms are gorgeous and the Lazy River Pool was super fun! I recommend the buffet for families and the Cafe is great for breakfast or brunch in the morning. There is a swim-up bar and several pools. They do a great job of keeping two distinct areas, 1 for kids/ families, and another just for adults. There are servers around the pool so you don't have to get up to get a drink or food. Casino is huge. Can't wait to go back and play roullette!

my wife and I stayed here overnight for the beer and sake festival. we had a wonderful time and the staff was great. loved the pool area. For a resort casino, I thought the price for drinks was more expensive than I expected. Also, you would think that they would offer guests late check out without an extra charge. Otherwise I would give a 5 star rating.

Had a great time again here at Harrah's. Plenty of casino games and slots. Could have liked a few more baccarat tables, but nonetheless have always had a good time there. The drive in and out to Harrah's through the canyon is also fun and scenic. You really feel removed from a big city out here. The hotel room we stayed in had a buzzing air conditioning which was the hotels only downfall, and it seemed to take the front desk man a while to get us checked in. Definitely still would recommend to come here for a good time just a short drive out of San Diego.

I frequently come to this casino, even if it is a bit of a drive for me. The staff is very polite and friendly here. I have eaten at the buffet, and it is well stocked and clean. Standard casino buffet fare, but the food is decent and the price isn't breaking the bank. The casino floor itself has a wide variety of slots. Housekeeping does a great job keeping everything clean. I have to say I have encountered the best service at the club card booth. There is a gentleman named Jesse whom my husband and I were impressed with. His professionalism and knowledge of the player card system is outstanding. Overall, this casino is one of my favorites in the area and I will continue to visit.

My wife son and I go to Harrah's on a semi-regular basis. We mostly go for the use of the casino but on occasion will enjoy dinner and also an overnight stay. The rooms are spacious and the accommodations fun including the outdoor pool area with a river to float around in a big inner tube. The casino reward program is not only hooked up to all the Harrah's resorts but is also relatively generous. If you are military or retired military they are very generous with a free buffet pretty often. The buffet they have a number of restaurants ranging from relatively inexpensive to more upper class. Overall, we always have a pretty good time.

This place brings that Vegas experience just only less than 2hours away from LA. Rooms are clean and modern. Lazy pool is perfect for the kids and adults. Drinks are really good, especially those hot summer days. I would recommend this place. It would rate it 4.5/5.

Staff was great. Room was clean. AC was loud and the air coming out smelled of cigarette smoke. We were on the 1st floor pool side and couldn't hear the pool but heard everything in the hall. Patio was nice and private but would have been nice to have access to the pool. Patio walls were high for privacy but didn't need to be that high. The non smoking section of the casino was small.
