It was owned and operated by Santa Ysabel Band of Diegueño Indians. The casino had 349 slot machines and six gaming tables as well as live poker and live blackjack. It is also in close proximity to Lake Henshaw, Julian and Warner Springs. The Santa Ysabel tribal Chairman is Virgil Perez. Although it was called "Santa Ysabel Resort & Casino," there is currently no established casino, resort or hotel.

Very delicious deli and bakery. Great selection of breads and pastry. Sandwiches are very good and quite large, probably be able to split them, and they do offer half size. The gift shop is very cute and had some cool stuff. Julian apple pie company is next door.
This place has really gone down hill. I've been going here since I was a kid. I hadn't been in a few years and I stopped by. The quality of the bakery items went way down and pastries were dried out and stale. The workers were rude as well. Not what it used to be. Dont waste your time.
