Perfection in all ways! Service was absolutely amazing and the food was even better! Husband and I had a wonderful experience!

told close at 10 which is a lie. Waited 20 min to get a waiter to drop off silverware but refuse my drink order. Comes back brings water I said I don’t want water do he leaves. Waited ten more min to order tea. So now thirty min still no service. Too dark to see menu have to use cell flashlight. Over priced over rated.

Went last night for our anniversary dinner. The service was great. The hostess and wait staff were very polite and attentive. The bread selection was very impressive. We started to go downhill from there. My wife ordered a crab bisque , which while tasty, was lukewarm at best. I had a Cesear salad which was mostly iceberg lettuce. Also tasty, but not quite what was expected. Bring on the steaks.
Wife ordered prime rib, medium. Steak was not a warm red, but bloody. Rare to medium rare. I ordered the filet, medium well. Steak was well done with no pink at all, and quite dry. Although both cuts had good flavor, they were not cooked properly. While able to send the prime rib back to have it seared, it’s not quite possible to uncook a steak. Sides, however, were tasty and well prepared.
While overall an enjoyable experience, I’ve had better steaks. I will not be going back.

The hostesses and waiter seemed to be rude to everyone. I had heard it was the best place to eat a good steak. But for the money I wouldn't trade their steak for a steak at the outback! My steak was ordered medium and it came out cold in a blood bath. Very disappointed! Would not recommend this place ever again!!!

I won some money at the casino, and so I wanted to come have a steak. The hostess asked me how many people in my party, and I said “just me.” She then told me that the restaurant was too booked up for me tonight, and that the kitchen couldn’t accommodate me. Another server walked up behind her and tried to offer for me to sit at the bar and order, and she curtly cut him off and said “no, it’s the same kitchen, we can’t accommodate him.” She then shot me a very rude look. It’s not like me to be impolite, so I said “thank you,” and walked around the corner. However, I’ve never heard of this phenomenon of “the kitchen is too backed up to handle your order” at a fancy steakhouse that closes at midnight when I walk in at 9:30; so I stuck around to see who else walked in. I watched several larger parties come in and get seated without a reservation. I can only venture to guess that they didn’t want to “waste their time on a one top.” I was really enjoying my time at The Horseshoe until I met this classless, rude young lady. I won’t be coming back.
