Check in was a breeze. Employees here are very friendly and polite. I think the employees are the reason why people keep coming back to this casino. Every employee I encountered greeted my husband and I. They seemed happy with their job. The casino itself is alright. The casino floor is not that big, and there are a limited amount of slots. We had the buffet and while the food tasted ok, there wasn't much of a selection. Our room was not that great. It was, for the most part, clean. However there was a lingering mold smell through out the room. I think the hotel could you use some major renovating. The reason for my four star review is the professional manner and hospitality of the employees. I believe they deserve a better looking casino to work for. They out do the casino itself, and would be the only reason why I would come back. So basically you have a run of the mill dated casino with outstanding customer service.

Fun place with nice, accommodating staff. My room was NS, 2Q gulf view that overlooked the pool. Nice view of the gulf but a little small compared to what I'm used to in North Carolina. There was a lot of action on the casino floor and I was pleased with the level of service offered.

We just returned from a 3 night stay with your hotel. The experience was great. Everyone from the front desk to the security personnel were so friendly. The room was very nice, good bed and the mini fridge just added to the convenience. The casino personnel was also very friendly and fast with their service. Would definitely stay here again.

Grand Cafe

Played for three hours or more. Spent a LOT of money. I wasn't offered a drink not even one time. I even sat and played quite a bit on the machine at the bar while the bartender and a waitress stood right in front of me and tried to charge a bottle to a room. Still no offer of a drink. Note even a glance. Then got forgotten about while my wife and I were in steak and shake. No big deal though because Harrah's in New Orleans and Treasure bay in Biloxi are way better with their service. However, on the plus side, I did see some good wins for other people while I was there. Three stars on wins. Zero stars on service.

Can honestly say that I'm very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We are diamond members and we travel 6 hours, 4 times per year to stay here. We have an 18 and 17 year old daughter's that come with us to swim at the pool(which they love). This trip on Saturday morning at 10 AM, they were told that they could not be at the pool because they are not 21. On the pool rules billboard posted at the pool it stated no one under 21after 8pm. I showed this to the manager and she read the sign and sided with her employees. So I quickly checked out, got a comp room at the golden nugget, and my kids had a blast at the pool. Sorry Harrah's, you lost 2 diamond members this weekend. I guess the customer means nothing anymore.

Grand Cafe

Everything was great!!! Really enjoyed my stay there. The staff is very friendly & helpful at satisfying the guests. We hated to leave; but we had to come home. Loved it & as always I will be back. Thank you for put refrigerators in the rooms, love it ...a microwave would have made the room greater to a 6 star !!!

Grand Cafe

1st time there. It was a very clean casino and had a great selection of machines and table games. I would have given it 5 stars, had it not taken me 20 minutes to find the entrance. Highly recommend!

What a weekend!! With this being our first trip to Biloxi, we had no idea what to expect, but we are leaving very impressed. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The front desk made registration quick and painless. Security staff was vigilant and helpful. Housekeeping and maintenance kept everything functioning and impeccably clean. And everyone we encountered (not an exaggeration, literally, every single staff member . . . without fail) greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Equally impressive was the fact that while "high rollers" enjoy some additional "perks" like a special lounge and priority service among other things that I am not privy to, we were still treated with the same level of hospitality. We will definitely be back!! Side note: The pool is heated and there is also a nice sized jacuzzi; both are lit up with changing colors at night. Lounge chairs are plentiful, and towels are provided for guest use at no charge. There is a poolside bar that also serves breakfast along with more traditional bar fare like burgers, wings, nachos, etc. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that, for an additional cost, they have a handful of cabanas featuring cushioned seating, coolers and a mounted TV.

We get free rooms here, Sunday - Thursday. And I have to say, they've been updated. The staff is nice and easy check out process. But the casino itself is blah. But then again, this casino has been here for a while now. Well, since Katrina. It is just small I suppose. Drink girls are quick and everyone is nice.

I enjoyed my stay and unlike a couple of the other hotel/casinos in town I didn't feel like I was gouged at every turn. The hotel is easy to see and access from the street (you really can't miss it). From the moment I approached the door the staff was friendly and helpful. The desk attendant explained everything I needed to know and I was off to the room in a reasonable amount of time. The room was clean and modern. Nice bed linens, I'm not crazy about down pillows but otherwise the bed was good. The bathroom was nice, as you expect in a nice hotel. There were several lighting options which was a nice touch. The Starbucks and restaurant downstairs were good but not overly fancy. The casino was large and filled with updated games. Smoking is allowed but it wasn't overly smoky on a busy Friday night.
