So amazing, the staff is top of the line when it comes to customer service and respect. Food is freshly prepared and tastes amazing. Best Casinoe Buffet I've ever had.

We arrived at 7:30 the buffet closes at 9:00 p.m. The food was cold..old and dried out..lots of dishes empty... And the the place was not packed. This use to be one of my favorite buffets to go too. But it was terrible today. The two stars came from one star for the nice cashier at the front and the other star for the server who nice also..know one else their spoke. the gentleman carving the ham was so lost and rude because I told him he was messing up the ham cutting off plugs and chunks.. I asked for a slice and got a nasty look after I declined two big plugs. My opinion when going around the time we did.. Ask to look first before spending your money. I should've gotten a refund.

Visited on Mother's Day. Worst mistake. Extremely long lines to get in then more lines to eat. The food was horrible. Dried out overcooked prime ribs, gritty oysters, mushy shrimp and more. I got sick before getting off the parking lot. Lasted for 4 days. Not accessible for the handicapped. I had a nice couple behind me that allowed me to sit down then return to my place in line. Was good at one time but not worth the price or time. Ladies room only has 3 or 4 stalls for a restaurant that seats hundreds.

Probably the worst experience this last Friday with a family birthday dinner. Got there alittle after 6 and had to wait 2 hours just to be sat to eat. It's pretty sad there was tables opened and still people yet to be seated. On top of that it was seafood night so at $40 a head the food should of been much better then it was" feel bad because a family member bought the whole meal too". Hell the food at Golden corral is usually fresher then what we had there. I saw at a few points in our wait that the buffet was empty and the food just sat and probably was never changed out. I usually never review but had to because if how terrible the experience was and we plan on never returning for the seafood night again and probably not any other night. Very disappointed!

It was my first time there. One of the lead cooks name WINCE came and checked on us at the table. I told him that I tried the salmon and didn't like it much.He went above and beyond to make us some salmon that tasted exquisite by the way. We need more people like him. He was the BEST. Our waitress FAYE was amazing as well. She worked a hundred tables and she did it with a smile.

Love the food! they had a great selection of different foods , drinks, and desserts! I noticed the staff was a bit distracted but given the size of the seating and how oddly arranged it was i understand having to wander about to get to everyone! I did also notice that some of the patrons here had a real nasty attitude , but i can't blame that on the staff or for that matter the restaurant! I will be coming back again. It had a nice air about it and the staff was nothing but pleasant when they were around my table :)
