I took a group of our managers out for dinner and we had a blast. The large seafood sampler was one of the highlights of dinner. The service was great and the steaks were amazing too. I’ve been to many high end steak houses in Las Vegas and I would say this one is one of my favorites. No, this steak house is not in one of the best casinos in Vegas and we had to make a special trip to it but it’s still a Ruth Chris Steak house.

Service was fantastic -- really -- but food quality was stunningly pedestrian. I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye medium rare, and it arrived mostly brown with a slight hint of pink. No problem -- they quickly offered to replace it. I got another just a few minutes later. The problem was the meat seemed to be low quality. It was cooked properly, but very stringy and fatty. I heard from friends that this is intentional "marbling", but I did not enjoy it as much as a typical steak. I had maybe 5 or 6 bites that were pure beef. The rest all had lots of fat. I've made many steaks myself at home that were better than this $67 ribeye. The mashed potatoes were typical and a bit more bland than I expected. I had some nice neighbors who offered their mac & cheese with lobster -- holy cow was that amazing. But it was bittersweet that that exceeded the satisfaction of my entree and side. It's a really high-class establishment, but I expect greatness when the steak is $67. I did not receive greatness, so I give 3 stars.

We had an amazing birthday dinner. Everyone from the employee who seated us to our server Joe( who is an asset to the Ruth Chris establishment) went out of their way to make sure my birthday will be remembered for years to come. Thank you Ruth Chris Vegas!!!

Okay, I usually enjoy Ruth Chris here on the east coast, but this experience was totally something different. Not to take anything away from the food, but the server we had made us feel rushed. For starters she zipped through the menu to where I had to tell her to slow down because none of my party was particularly following everything she was saying because she was talking so fast. Then on to the food, as always, Ruth Chris doesn't disappoint. But to end the night when it was time for us to pay, she totally botched our ticket up. It was a party of 4, where we split the bill 2 and 2 and she had the checks mixed up to where she charged us for the other half of our party's food and vice versa. Instead of informing us that SHE MESSED UP THE TICKETS, she then proceeds to swipe the other half of our party's credit card again, to where they had the wrong ticket and charged them again, trying to fix her mistake, but ending up double charging the same wrong price to the ticket! All in all, we resolved the difference to which we owed the other party basically, since they paid out ticket TWICE, and we paid theirs, but the fact remains that she charged them TWICE. We called the manager over there and he reassured us that it will be resolved by reversing the charges, but it still doesn't make up for her terrible customer service! The 2 star rating is for the food alone which was great but I am a stickler for customer service!

Mediocre at best... A planned birthday dinner was a fail. One filet was ordered medium rare, it came out medium well. We sent it back as it was way over cooked. They brought out a new steak and it was raw. Totally uncooked and cold on the inside. By this time the remaining 3 guests have finished eating and the birthday guest was without an edible steak. The manager offered to not charge her for the steak. Wow, how cool that you aren't charging us for food we couldn't eat. The other plates were decent, but not great, and way over priced for the quality.

Have visited 2 different Ruth's Chris in Michigan on multiple occasions and had hands down the best steaks I have ever eaten. So my wife and I decided to celebrate our last night in Vegas and we're totally disappointed. My ribeye even though order medium was served rare at best, and was tough, my wife's while prepared properly was still tough, not at all what we expected. I will say that they did step up and took one of the steaks off the bill, but when you're paying that kind of money you expect perfection and it was far from that.

Always love Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. For a chain restaurant you can always count on a wonderful meal and fabulous service. I have been to many of these in different states and everyone is always tops. My family loves the steak but I love there seafood. Sides are huge. Desserts are tasty. Prices are higher than other chains but the food and service is always much better.

Been there a few times and always Blown Away by their amazing and friendly service. The food is also pretty delicious. The steaks are what you would expect from a high-quality Steakhouse. The seafood is also worth trying. The sea bass is delicious although not that big.

The experience was definitely fine dining approved. We had a server who was very attentive and informative. For a person who always eat at fine dining I will have to say they meet the needs. They are definitely a little pricey not sure if it's just because it's Vegas but I feel like I've never really paid that much at a Ruth Chris before. I believe all I ordered was calamari and the steak no sides and I already Round Up $100. Easy. I still give the five star because fine dining shouldn't be cheap. Plus I feel like they give you a very good experience.

Perfect place for an intimate dinner with your loved ones. The ambiance and service were very exquisite. A little pricey but well worth the experience. Had the pleasure of being served by David the Bartender who was very helpful with menu selections. David made the experience even more pleasurable. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar if there aren't any tables available. You won't be disappointed!
