Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House

This place was fantastic. They had a white array of drinks and bottle ciders which makes me want to go back. I will say it was on the expensive side, but what can you expect from Vegas. Over all I would recommend this to anyone wanted to stop by for a quick bite and drink.

Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House

Me and my daughter are big fans of Emeril's and visiting one of his restaurants was everything we dreamed it would be! The food was excellent and portions were generous. The staff was great, the home made corn bread that was brought to the table was a lovely southern touch to an elegant atmosphere.

First of all, Emeril, if you see this give a shout out to Shay. She is really an exceptional bartender who made me feel right at home! The last time I was in the restaurant was 17 years ago. The BBQ shrimp was even better than I remember. The best outside New Orleans! The River Falls clam chowder was simply amazing. I will be back in about 3 months and will definitely come for dinner. Bottom line, Amazing!

Servers are good, drinks are good.... but when I went it was happy hour. I ordered tuna poke and crab cake. The tuna was on special and when I got it, the tuna was clearly old. I was on my phone so I didn’t visually inspect the tuna... had 1 bite and it was very fishy. Then I looked and it and it had an old shimmer/look to it. The crab cake was ok but at that point I was trying to figure out how much of a gamble my belly with rotten tuna was involved in. I came out to play the WSOP and didn’t want to be worried about getting food poisoning. A review I read earlier ab this place said the tuna was rotten but I figured it was a fluke. Nope. They need to inspect their food better.

I've been to this restaurant a handful of times over the last 20 years. Each and Everytime we come back the service is as good as always and the food is always fantastic. Gumbo has a nice amount of spice. Fresh shrimp, andouille. Delicious. Rainbow trout with lump crab. A dream come true. Buttery goodness in every bite. I could order this everyday. Banana cream pie. Not overly sweet, 6 layers, heaven. The only reason I didn't rate a five star is because a few oversights but the cooks. The waiting staff were prenominal.

Tuna tartar didn't taste fresh, sent it back. Got gumbo instead, that was good but not great. Lamb was on a small side but tasted good. However, the sides to the lamb were rather awful, especially the green salad which had unchewable stocks in it.

The food here is very good food. It is a great place for oysters, with both raw and broiled. Plates are around 20 dollars, which is quite a bit cheaper than the French restaurant. This place definitely deserves better than what a lot of other reviewers on here are giving it.

Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House

This was my favorite stop in Vegas this year. We started with the cornbread and clam chowder. Both were really nice. The beet salad was also delicious. Our main course was the lamb and sausage. The lamb was expertly prepared and extremely tasty, but the house made sausage knocked me out of my seat. The seasoning had exceptional flavor and it was just the right amount of spicy. Some might say too spicy, but I enjoy a bit of spice. I can't recommend the sausage enough! The service was exceptional and the restaurant was spotless. We'll definitely be back.
