Rainforest Café

Found the food and servers were excellent. Food took forever though only half the tables had patrons. The new location at Planet Hollywood corner was much better than MGM with better animatronics. The gift shop was completely forgettable like so many other similar attractions and zero interaction with staff so we purchased nothing there. Overall a great location but the kitchen took painfully long. Maybe the kitchen was too far from our table. For a local the prices were 50% more than I would pay off strip for same thing but the entertainment for the kids was fun.

We had a great meal and service for lunch. I don’t think our 15 dollar drinks had an ounce of alcohol in them but they were tasty nonetheless. We were able to sit wherever we wanted and weren’t rushed out the door.

Amazing food and really nice and helpful staff! I went here the night I got married with my husband! The animatronics are cheesy but hey! It’s a family style restaurant. I enjoyed everything about it!

First time here. The theme was entertaining. The staff was very tentative and the food and drinks were great. Loved my jalapeno shrimp. I wanted more.

The old location of this Rainforest Cafe used to be inside the MGM. Now, it has moved over to the Planet Hollywood! I loved this place as a child, and a few friends were visiting with their kids so we decided to bring them to the jungle! The jungle environment is very unique and fun. It will be the place that creates great memories for children, as it is detailed with trees and rainforest creatures. The food is consistent at Rainforest Cafe. No complaints there. My complaint lies with how long we waited for our food and how the server forgot about a few of our orders.

We waited so long for our food and we were some of the first people in that morning. Other people who arrived later were served before us. When we ordered our food the grapes had mold on them. We returned them and asked for them to be taken off the menu...the waitress returned with our bill that had a mere 14 cents taken off...when questioned about the 14 cents ...we were told it was due to the spot on the food...we eventually got everything sorted out but def won't be returning

Happy hour drinks at the bar weren't bad. Both friendly, and family oriented vibe. The staff are very attentive in the restaurant, but the food came out slow. The food is pretty good. Part of my birthday was celebrated here. Unique, and different experience with the decor, and aviance inside. Helps to have a Laundry Select card because you get $25 off your bill for the birthday person.

Took way to long to have our order taken and then way to long to get our food. Also took a while to get ketchup and mustard. Food was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the cost. No where near as good as we expected.

Rainforest Café

It's overpriced, so I wouldn't go regularly, but I expected that going in so I wasn't that worried about it. The fried shrimp was good, definitely higher quality than most chain restaurants. The french fries were so-so. Seasoned, but not very crispy.

This place is a joke. We checked in, were told approx 15 minute wait. 42 minutes later after checking back with them several times we were seated. I think they were getting the hint. How long does an average dinner take? 45 minutes? So the entire restaurant could have had a full turn over of guests. There weren't that many people waiting. Now I'm pissed off on a family vacation.
