Shibuya

Highly recommend. Love the shashito peppers as well as any of their sushi. I try to eat here a few times each time I come to Vegas. Definitely one of the better sushi restaurants in Vegas in my opinion

Shibuya

I had the best experience here. We had a huge table and our hostess asked the head waiter to "make it memorable" and he certainly did! I was the only one with a seafood allergy. The staff continued to bring small plate after plate of new and interesting foods. Given that it was small plates, we had so much food and such a memorable experience! Great job!

Shibuya

The Bottom Line - Shibuya is a great restaurant to dine at if you want to have a unique experience that is worth the price point. Service 5/5. The waiter knew everything about the menu and the tasting menu, including preparation and presentation methods for each dish. Service was timely yet unobtrusive. Personality 5/5. The interior of the restaurant is noisy but oddly intimate due to the dividers between the tables. While it seemed loud inside I was able to talk in a normal voice to my date, yet we couldn't hear anything being said by the couple sitting a few feet away at another table . Quality 5/5. We ordered the tasting menu because it seemed interesting and there were several items we had not eaten before. Each dish was delicious and plated in an artistic manner so you ended up looking at the dish for a few minutes before trying it. One item was served with a Siamese Fighting Fish in a bowl beneath the plate ("You can eat everything but the fish, we need that one back" joked the waiter). The portions were small but significant so by the time we reached the end of the menu we weren't overfull and our palates weren't overstimulated. Recommendation. 5/5 Worth the trip back to Las Vegas, Best for small groups or couples who want a nice relaxing dining experience.

Shibuya has the most amazing Japanese food. The atmosphere is great as well as the service. The grilled steak and chicken was outstanding. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Its a must try.

Shibuya

I live in Las Vegas and was looking forward to going to Shibuya as a sushi fan. After the dining experience I can tell you the following. The quality of the food was good but I can name at least 6 other sushi spots in Las Vegas as a local that have equal if not better quality and are much less expensive. This is a sushi restaurant that I believe is overrated that serves small portions at prices that are at least 2x more than other good sushi restaurants off the strip. Tourists who don't know local restaurants would go here but for locals it is definitely an overpriced tourist trap. Also for couples looking for the romantic night this is not the place as it is very noisy inside like a high school cafeteria.
