Canyon Ranch Café

The food was decent, but not spectacular. On the plus side there are a lot of healthy options, and I appreciated the nutritional breakdowns posted for each item on the menu. Service was slow, though it seems like that was secondary to the restaurant being understaffed. We were seated at the bar and our bartender, without prompting from us, apologized for the generally slow pace at which things were being done. Our meals would likely have tasted better had they been hot from the grill, but unfortunately by the time they got to us they were lukewarm. On the whole it’s not a bad restaurant for breakfast if you’re staying at the Palazzo, but not necessarily a place I’d go out of my way to visit.

Canyon Ranch Café

The breakfast menu had several healthy selections beyond what you would normally find. I tried the breakfast burrito that had beef chorizo wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Each item on the menu had a nutritional breakdown that I wish was on every menu. Tasty food!

I would have given this spa 5 stars but the front desk assistant when we checked in messed up my bill and over charged me and also could not combine our 3 individual services into one charge which caused my bank to be alarmed.

Canyon Ranch Café

A nice find inside The Venetian Hotel. The food is what you would expect from a spa: healthy and fresh. The breakfast is filled with great options, smoothies and bowls. A definite for a healthy breakfast in a town that is not known for its healthy food.

Canyon Ranch Café

Tasty breakfast place with good coffee. I had the SPA Sandwich which was really crunchy and had just the right amount of spiciness. The waitress was nice and quick to refill the coffee and water.

Canyon Ranch Café

Oh, My Goodness!! What an awesome experience! I had Apple cinnamon pancakes, bacon and coffee. It came with a perfectly portioned cup of fruit. It was served quick and HOT! I ate every morsel drank all my coffee and even the water was most refreshing! Located in The Venetian Hotel, Las Vegas. I had it on my 3rd day of a 5day trip. Wished I had known. I would have been here from day 1!

Canyon Ranch Café

Good, healthy and organic food in Vegas, for that time when Vegas food is too much. Great service but the restaurant is hidden and dark with no windows, like an 80's coffee shop. The eggs Benedict over avocado and the ahi tuna are tasty choices.
