Great place. Very polite. Guided us through a memorable dinning experience. Very good food. Good portion sizes. Cocktails were great.( New Fashion must try). Will be back.

Everything about this place exudes excellence. I visited The Capital Grille for my 21st birthday and it was the best dining experience I have had yet. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about their selection of wine yet he wasn’t arrogant in any way unlike some connoisseurs. He radiated a comfortable and confident attitude and was very apt at conversing with our table. Our meals were amazing. I ordered a steak and it was cooked to perfection. The view was nice and the lighting sentimental. They also put together a special birthday dessert platter which I found to be a very kind sentiment. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making my 21st such a memorable experience.

I've been here a couple times when I shop at Fashion Show. Normally the Capital Grille in Miami is a go-to and I've never had a bad experience. Yesterday was excellent and Mike is really a phenomenal server. He was nice and attentive despite being swamped and having a massive party to take care of next to me. Unfortunately the lobster I had was a tiny bit overcooked but the manager made sure I was happy and taken care of. The quality of the lobster was truly impeccable so despite being overcooked, the taste was still great. They were pretty busy so of course I expect sh** to just happen sometimes. Cant wait to come back

Had dinner with friends here and loved every part of it. Service was great all throughout the evening, and food was just the same. We the tuna tartar for starters and followed up with steaks for main, all was well cooked and tasted great

Absolutely wonderful.. Every detail... Went for Mother's Day... Steaks were amazing... Sides amazing... Service amazing (Darryl was great)... Little pricey but what are you gonna do!

This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. It's located in the Fashion Show Mall adjacent to the Wynn. I've been told about this place several times but just never made it. Now I regret not going earlier. The ambiance, service, food and drinks are superior to most restaurants. We had steak, soup, salad and followed up by creme brûlée. If you haven't ever been here then your missing out. Sorry I didn't mention the servers name. We were 2 bottles of wine deep and forgot. I'll be back though.

Everything a steakhouse should be. Hostess was quick to seat us. My wife requested to sit next to a window and we got said window. Quickly attended. Heather was awesome. It was my birthday and they gave us some goodies. Will be back!!

As always the Capital Grill is a great experience. I was here on a business trip where the partner bought us the meal. I got the black truffle New York strip medium rare and they made it perfectly. The rest of the meal was a number of their sides traded among the group. lobster macaroni and cheese, Parmesan truffle fries, Au gratin potatoes, grilled asparagus, and mashed potatoes were eaten. I think the lobster macaroni and cheese & the truffle fries were the best of them. They had a special for the Gorgonzola and truffle crusted NY strip. I have never had a steak done badly here. All have been a great meal. I did share a little of a few deserts. I think the best was the double chocolate cake. The cake was very chocolate, and the cherries were very infused with port. Be prepared for this.

I made our reservation from The Great State of Wyoming and I was surprised when one day before the reservation I received a call asking me if everything was still a go. I have never had that happen before and when we arrived I was so happy to see that my single request was accommodated. A group of friends we celebrating Jimmy Willie's 70th Birthday and I wanted Jimmy to feel special not only because he is a great friend, a great man, a veteran of the United States Air Force and a retired F-4 Fight Jet Navigator. I requested a good table and when we arrived we could not help but notice that we were given the BEST table in the house and it was decorated for his Birthday complete with a card from the staff ( if only they had thanked him for his service to our country). We started out with drinks and I had the signature pineapple infused vodka which was nothing less than amazing. Then we had the shrimp appetizer plate and some fine warm bread which both were equally great. There were 5 of us and we ordered 4 different dishes of which 3 were steak and one was salmon. All of our entrees were cooked to perfection. The sides were also perfect and our meal was topped off with the presentation of Jimmy's dessert which I took a picture of. I wish I had taken more pictures to share with you all. The staff was grand, the service was outstanding, and although the price was steep it was worth the occasion. I highly recommend The Capital Grille when you are in Las Vegas and i will return again.
