Terrible experience. Cold pizza and dough was not cooked all the way. The staff obviously did not care about customer service as there was not a single smile and wanted to rush us out. Sbarro is typically decent pizza but I'd you are getting it at Foxwoods just save your money to eat elsewhere.
We decided to try the Sbarro's in the food court near the Foxwoods tower yesterday. Highly disappointing experience. The pizza was not properly cooked, and was even colder by the time you could take your first bite because the time it took to pay for it was much longer than necessary. And, once you got your slice of pizza there was literally nowhere to sit down and eat it. Very disorganized Food Court, and this was our second visit. The first wasn't any better, We won't be giving it a third try.
Tried this place for the first time with my boyfriend and the food wasn't cooked all the way. The lady behind the counter who was doing our food seemed like she was in a really bad mood so we tried not to bother her so much. Our food was half cold though and the pizza is so so thin the crust looked like it was a tortilla. Didn't taste that great either. Not worth the 17 dollars.
