Genreals Tso’s Chicken - First, the “meat” in this dish was not from the chickens I am used to eating. Actually all I have to say is that this food was just awful and the service matched. Just don ’t go near this place.

My husband and I have eaten at Silk Road Asian Bistro numerous times while in Las Vegas and have found the whole experience wonderful. The food and service have been amazing, every time we dine there. We have received superior service, and the food exceeds our expectations every time. Thank you!

Bleccchhhhhhh like seriously. I ordered 5flavor chicken which was supposed to be flame cooked in a szechuan sauce and it was more like a microwave Asian dinner in sugar sauce. Came out super fast. I asked what their local beers were and was told "bud light" and when we asked what type of hot sake they served we were told that it comes warm with two cups. Lesson learned. Wish I had read the reviews before but my 2nd was excited about sushi and we were hungry.

Silk Road Asian Bistro

Service was great up until it came time to get our change back. Took a while otherwise service was excellent. Its a good chef that they are in need of. Food was like everything I have had at the westgate so far, very bland. Pretty sad when you have to ask for salt because your schewan waygu beef has no flavor. Expensive as hell (like everything at the westgate) especially when it has no flavor.

This place was perfect for a late lunch. Only two or three tables were occupied, and the staff treated me as if I were a VIP. I ordered a bento box and some iced tea. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. The service was exactly the way I would want it to be. Attentive, but not in your face every few minutes. Excellent choice if you're staying at the Westgate, or if you're at the convention center.
