The food itself is great, I just wish it was served in a different venue. To say the restaurant is loud would be the understatement of the century. This is why I always request to sit in one of the quieter areas. On this visit, we were led to a table right in the middle of the room. I reminded them that I requested a quieter table, but the hostess was very snooty and basically said "too bad". I could not even hear the waiter who was also unwilling to help. Although we'd gone here every trip, I don't plan on going again.

Great food. The BBQ shrimp is amazing. NY strip was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Staff was very friendly.

Went for birthday dinner with my girlfriend. The service was amazing! I've eaten at many upscale restaurants in Las Vegas and expect a certain level of service from a restaurant this classy and expensive, but this experience was exceptional. The staff was always around, but never in your face; from fresh napkins, to pulling out your chair every time you sat down, to topping off your glass, and taking your picture. You never had to ask for anything. The staff was there to please. And the bone-in ribeye was top 5.

The service was good, but the food did not live up to our expectations. We do not have high expectations, but when you pay $250 for a dinner for two the steaks should at least be warm. Our medium ordered fillet were cold and completely bloody, the lobster tail was cold and flavorless. The oysters appetizer was good. Au gratin potatoes were not cooked all the way and barely had any cheese. We will not return to this restaurant.

The New Orlens BBQ Shrimp sauce is so flavorful and rich, you must try it!!! The shrimps are a nice size and crunchy, even in Vegas!! Overall, I've never had a bad meal at Delmonico's and I've eaten here yearly for many years...

My husband took me here for my Birthday and it was excellent! The scratch Cesar dressing they make tableside is so yummy. My pork was perfectly cook and the pan sauce with it was great. Would definitely come back!

I go there every other year for a conference luncheon and this is the first year I was dissappointed. Steak is normally grade "a" but this time it couldnt even get an "f" grade from me. Maybe it was a fluke so I will have to wait 2 years to find out.

Great bar area and atmosphere in the restaurant, service was attentive and on the ball, food was top notch. Oysters were the best we'd had all week in Vegas, steaks were better than some of the other high end steaks we had that week as well, and the banana cream pie (giant pie tower is more like it) was awesome... Friends had the fish (can't remember but I think it was sea bass) and that was to die for too... Cocktails were perfect and we'll go again for sure!

I visit a fine steak house once a month. Never have I been more disappointed than my visit this week to Delmonico Las Vegas. Our server was inattentive didn’t take a drink order until it was time to order food, he didn’t go over the menu and seemed to not be educated on the menu. He was in a rush to get rid of us. On top of that, I expect a better atmosphere than the one provided here. Ordered the bone in rib eye which they are famous for and I thought it was too fatty for a rib eye. The gumbo was excellent.
