The room was clean and large, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The room could be decorated a little better; I felt like I was in a prison cell when I was inside.
The staff were friendly and super friendly.
The food was average.

The front office crew service was great. They spoke English & helped me with view questions. When our group arrived after a whole tiring traveling day, the check in process was quick & not many procedures that i used to find in other chain hotels bfore. The room was perfect & clean. The only thing that a lil bit uncomfortable was the hotel location that quite far from the station & there was no tourists spot to visit near the hotel, but they were glad to help me got taxi to the city.

Nice hotel not too far away from Gimpo airport. Subway station is very near and also many busses stop near by hotel. Around hotel, there are many nice restaurants to enjoy a dinner and drinks. Hotel room was nice, clean and the bed was big and very nice to sleep. Hotel has also own restaurant, but i didn't have time to visit there.

Novotel is Novotel, quite good standard. But this one is rather old, need refreshment and renovation. West part of Seoul, many restaurant, cafe and shopping centre in walking distance, few hundred meters. Indoor pool is great, gym is also good. Breakfast is good, small parking lot.

My husband and I stayed here twice in between an Alaskan cruise last summer leading up to the 4th of July fireworks and we loved our stay.
We ended up with a room overlooking the water where we could watch ferry boats coming and going and the happenings by the pier.
The hotel is only one block from Pike Place Market so there are tons and tons of dining options and floral options within an easy 5-minute walk. I purchased probably 10 flower bouquets during my stay and the staff offered me complimentary vases to keep them in.
Our room was large with a wall of windows on a corner overlooking not only the water - but the pool. Views were stunning but the room had a well-laid out desk and seating area for my husband and I to work while we stayed.
The gym and spa are interesting with the gym parallel to the pool while the spa is down a small flight of stairs (or elevator) and is small, but pristine and welcoming. Staff were friendly and I had a wonderful and relaxing massage by a skilled therapist who really worked out the kinks in my back from two weeks of travel and stress. I had a treatment focusing on detoxification that was called Emerald Rain if I remember correctly. VERY nice.
The menu for room service was good - they had a delicious açaí bowl I had several times and smoothies that I could customize and enjoyed as a light snack or meal if we got back too late to eat.
I enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. I plan to come back again during my next trip to Seattle.

We had a great stay, and they were fantastic with our 9 year old. If he has fun, we have fun! They couldn't have been nicer to him.

Stopped in to the Four Seasons to dine at Goldfinch restaurant and had an excellent experience. Sat in a booth in the Barrio which was nice and quiet and had amazing views of the sound. Definitely a great spot for food and ambiance for those seeking to escape from the downtown atmosphere before they with continue on with your night. It's a bit pricey but you're paying for more than just the food.

A few courses and a few selections for each course is definitely better for the less adventurous than a tasting menu, though it was still excellent. We were well looked after in the bar area while we waited for our table. A lot of reviews rave about the view, but it's not very visible from the seats that are not around the periphery of the restaurant. Good ambiance - nice place to eat. I liked the side-by-side seating for tables of two.
