I'm a frequent player at Diamond Jo's who experienced unacceptable customer service by one of the pit officials named "Slim" today. As one who believes in principle and ethics, I noticed a player wrongfully taking chips after the dealer mistakenly paid the chips. I helped the dealer correct the mistake which then pissed off the player because he clearly had no intention of telling the dealer about the mistake. I was just being honest & ethical like all players should be. I was then asked to leave the casino stating that I was causing a problem. "Slim"e never asked me what happen which clearly lacked any intention of understanding the situation before making an informed judgement. This experience severely damages Diamond Jo's reputation as a casino that treats their players right. If your a casino that enjoys dishonest players, then I would recommend continuing your degenerative customer service! I will certainly inform others about this experience as I believe Diamond Jo's has questionable employees working there. If you would like to speak to me in person, I wear a black Polo and a black hat with long blonde hair, typically playing at the craps tables on the weekends.

Was stopped at the Rest Area for my 10hr break, went into the Family Buffet, 3 different areas/types of food. American Comfort (had baked chicken) Chinese, and International had 5-7 choices per, nothing fancy or wild, evidently Scalloped Potato’s is International as is Meatloaf....??, server was Cassidy had her working at least a dozen tables and running her backside off while there was a cashier and a young lady to seat you. Good service, middle of the road food, poor planning.

I Highly recommend Jenifer Cicrich! She is absolutely great to work with, One of the best experiences I have had. You will see nothing but a smile on her face, but when she is concerned in someway with the property you're looking at, then she will not hesitate to let you know her feelings!
I highly recommend Jenifer Cicrich! She has earned the designation (CRS), which takes a great deal of additional study. She is a Graduate Of The Realtor Institute (GRI). She also holds the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). She has continued course work and passed the test qualifying her to hold the designation of Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). She has attended additional classes in: Advanced Real Estate Law, and numerous other courses dealing with marketing and state specific continuing education.
I cannot say enough positive things about this Agent. If you want the best representative in every way possible Jennifer is the course to take!!
