So much fun! Rock is everywhere you turn. The staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The beds could've been a little more comfy but that's really my only complaint. We had a great time at the Hard Rock!

Visited from out of town, only played at the casino (no food or hotel stay). Everything was clean, great ventilation in the smoking area, and the decor is modern and nice. Slots appear stingy, as my girlfriend and I were down some money very fast; obviously it's all rigged for you to lose, but we never even got a bonus or a good time sink, just lose lose lose. The Oklahoma state table game tax ($0.50/hand for every player) makes the card games tough to win at too. This is compared to other casinos I've been to in WI, IN, OH, MO, MI, and Canada. Nice place, but the casino just appeared stingier than most. Can't speak for the restaurant or hotel, but they seemed nice.

Jakob in Security was pretty rude, young kid, shave head w glasses. I've been an Osmond fan for almost 50 years. All I want was Marie & Donny to sign my Porcelain Donny doll. He threatened & brought security to follow us to leave the back stage door area. It's when fans don't show up is when they should worry. Other then Jakob, the Donny & Marie concert was the ULTIMATE BEST as usual. Ate at the Buffet, it was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. HARD ROCK CAFE YOU ROCK!, except for Jakob!😂😁

I am updating my review because I am sure positive changes will be made. I don't gamble, but every once in awhile I like to buy their nachos, plus you get a free soda or coffee. We went to the diner because they have the best nachos. The chips are just right and so is the cheese sauce. . From now on, I will probably get the vegetarian nachos and have it loaded down with tons of veggies.

My mother visited me several times a year from Alabama. After the Hard Rock was built, she no longer stayed at my house. The Hard Rock became her "Oklahoma house." The last time she visited she was 89 years old. She passed away in June 2016 but told everyone how incredibly nice every single staff member she had an encounter with was. I stayed with her each time and got to see their care and consideration with my own two eyes. There are not enough words in the English language to say how much I appreciated them "catering to an old southern lady's every whim." (Her exact words.) I still visit occasionally to just feel like she's still here. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Two things before I give you my review; I'm usually not a review kind of person and I've worked in hotels (everything from a Red Roof Inn to full service Marriott(s) to independently owned resort hotels). That being said, 99% of the time I give hotels the benefit-of-the-doubt. However, one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a major hotel. When I pay nearly $500.00 for a single night stay I expect at least full service. 1. Pulled up to valet my truck. None of the staff seemed overly excited to help and/or do their jobs efficiently. Took a good five minutes to even get a staffer to the truck. Had a case of beer in the back of my truck and the valet first asks for my ID and then says "Well Mr. Collins, we don't allow outside beverages in our hotel..." First of all don't use my name, we don't know one another and second, I'm fully aware of the rules even though paying $5.00 for a Bud Light seems a little outrageous. 2. I had called a number of day earlier to request some amenities be placed in our friends room since we were there for her birthday. The FD agent seemed confused by what I was asking and then transferred me to the supervisor. This person did not answer and I had to leave a message... never heard back from them, but thankfully it was done. 3. Had room service bring up some beers and at the end of the night I wanted a nightcap and a smoke. Had my beer in hand and was headed down to do as such when the security guy stops me and tells me that I can't have glass down there and then proceeded to take my beer? Really?! I bought the damn thing from the hotel. I mean come on... 4. Killed a cockroach in our bathroom the next morning. 5. Wanted to check my bags before brunch with the friends. Went to the desk and then they had to call someone else to do which took another five minutes. The hotel business is a "yes... and..." kinda deal. Staff should go out of their way to ensure the guests' satisfaction. I get that each person has their certain roles to play. But Jesus... This place was built for a certain kind of client. So if you're looking for full service at a full service price I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Rooms were nice and even had a small fridge. Food at the restaurants were good. We ate several times at the buffet and very pleased. They had a great variety and everything had great seasoning which is not always the case at buffets.

Lose slots, an impressive appearance, and great promotions including free rooms and awesome concerts. I like to play or gamble a little and receive player rewards like a high roller. The pool at Hard Rock Tulsa is adult only after 8 with a hot tub and luxurious towels. Spa rewards leave me feeling pampered for days. Best place for adult entertainment around Tulsa. Ice bar for extra fun and drinking with friends. They have many different decor rooms available so you never get stuck in the same boring room. Try a player suite and party like a rock star in a huge room with restrooms large enough to make you feel like one when you leave. Definitely one of my favorite places in NE Oklahoma. 🤩🤩🤩

I live just a couple of miles from Hard Rock. While I am not a avid gambler, I do enjoy going. If you are a novice to gaming, you will feel comfortable at the Hard Rock. If you are a veteran, you know this place has everything up to and including HIGH STAKES. The food is decent no matter where you eat. I am partial to the prime rib at Toby Keith's. There is a good assortment of live entertainment and you must catch top performers at The Joint.
