I love this hotel! I've never actually time there to gamble... In fact, I don't think I've ever gamble there... But I love to stay in their rooms... Very clean, classy, upscale.

This is the only local casino that doesn't have an extra $ "per hand" rake which is always nice & the dealers & floor staff are very friendly & really add to the enjoyment of playing there!

It's alright. We thought it was way nicer looking in the rooms then our room turned out to be but it's a good price and nobody trips on what you're doing. They didn't even ask how many people were going to be in the room. Pretty damn chill.

This place is horrible! Staff could not find my booking info that was done a month prior to my arrival. Staff made me feel as though it was my fault and I needed to resolve the issue.
Entrance is very dangerous! Homeless people were hanging out in the parking lot. The hotel rents the parking lot to a valet company. When asked about parking for the hotel stay, the valet was very rude and treated me as though I was lying to him about staying.
When the parking issue was resolved, I was sent to a gated area to an underground parking structure that is very dangerous for females and has the high potential for criminal acts to occur.
When the room situation was resolved, I was placed in the 8th floor. Several room doors were opened and occupied. The people and there rooms appeared to look like they had very long stays. The room lights did not come on, the furniture is very old, no cable television or very bad reception.
The casino areas appeared to be make shift areas. I used to visit this place often 15 years ago and I must say that this place is ready to be torn down.
I do not feel safe here, if I known all this before had, I would have spent the extra money. Then they have you leave a $50 incidental fee, for old furniture, broken sink and two bottles of water.
I have not even unpacked my bags because I don’t know if it’s safe to be here. A little higher price for a more quality place is worth it!

The staff here go above and beyond my expectations in every way. I misplaced a personal item and because of their hard work i was able to retrieve the items i lost. Stay here if customer service is the most important part of your experience. Rooms are neat and clean i preffer the luxury king suite. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from.

Crystal Hotel is Awesome! They are always very friendly and the housekeepers are cool too! I been coming here for a couple years now and always enjoy my stay. I recommend to my buddies :)

We are staying at Sunset Marquis & decided to eat in & were really surprised.
My wife had the Basted Chicken & I had the Pepper Sauce Cheeseburger which were both great.
Definitely worth a visit
