look before you serve
i find a strange object in a spoon full of dressing. also when you guys hire some one to work for you ,pretend that the person that you hire represents you and the company. the quality of food and personel was quetionable last time i went. to philaderfia.

Seen Jan & Dean this afternoon. They were wonderful but, they only played an hour. No encore even. What's up with that? All that $$$ we spent on tickets & an hour? So disappointing.

Some acts are good, others are a miss. Do your research ahead of time, and be prepared for a barrage of jabs directed at the small river town that is Dubuque. Depending on the act and the crowd, the subject matter may veer into risque-shock value.

Good venue. Not a bad seat in the house. Wish you didn't have to walk through all the smoke to get there, but hey, it's a Casino. That's not the reason for the lack of 5 stars. The only negative was during one show (Jewel) a while back, the noise at the bar got loud. For those that wanted to listen, it could be frustrating. Jewel actually had to stop and quiet everyone down.

The band was very good. The main bar was very busy, with very long waits. Went to a side bar with little to no wait & was stopped by a very rude staff on a "Power Trip". She would not let us get a beverage from the bar. Bad customer service & loss of revenue. As we walked away, 2 other people shared with us their bad customer service experience from same staff. Not sure if company has contunious customer service training or not, but it would be beneficial!!!

Worst service. Waited a half hour while three bartenders working..less than 15 customers at the bar. Very unessecary. The lady I talked to was very rude and my group felt very unwelcome.. worst experience. Do NOT recommend this bar.
