Restaurant has a nice appearance staff is well dressed. My steak was very over cooked our waitress never came and checked on us after our food was delivered so I did not have the option to have it recooked. Very disappointed we were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary.
Great place to celebrate something, especially if you’re staying in Harrah’s or around. Steaks are great, wine list is one the best in the area and desserts are not going to disappoint even such spoiled foodies like myself… Also, pretty impressive presentation by our waiter of some “coffee drink” they make for dessert – with mixing so many different things together and put whole thing on fire!!! :-)
We had the anniversary meal which is on the menu. It was very good. The soup and salad were very good. The filet and prawns were excellent. Of course, the baked Alaska, was a fine end to a great meal. Best steakhouse in Reno.
Hands down my favorite steakhouse in town. The ambiance is cozy and romantic. Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. One of the only places in town that prepare dishes at you table (steak Dianne and bananas foster) bring your camera. Knowledgeable wine connoisseurs always find the perfect selection to compliment your meal. Such an experience any time you go!
A great quite dress-up classy restaurant. The service is the only thing better than the food.. Servers wear formal dress & make you feel special. The Steakhouse was once open for lunch and was frequented by local professionals... We miss those hours. This restaurant is expensive,
but well worth visiting.
You can't go wrong here... Everything is top notch. Super good stakes and just about everything else is heavenly here. Highly recommend Harrah's steakhouse. Casino ain't all that bad either... Wish I had stayed a few nights there... Maybe next time I'll have a chance to stay over night.
We recently dined at the steak house in Harrah's Casino. It seems to be highly rated as a steakhouse by the Reno locals, even though I had been unaware of its existence. The Steakhouse is located in the basement area of the casino. We found it quickly because of meeting a helpful Harrah's employee.
The staff warmly greeted us and we were promptly seated. I rate the service as very gracious.
I chose the rib eye steak and a baked potato, all of which I greatly enjoyed.
After dinner they gave us the damp, hot wash cloth, called oshibori in Japan. and brought mints in a smoking dish (done with dry ice for the cloud effect.) We were very pleased with the whole experience.
