Launched kayaks from their marina a couple days ago. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The resort is attractive and quiet. Plan to have a celebratory meal there when we return next week!

Nice views in some campsites. Extremely close together and some way too tight. Grounds need cleaned up better, pretty grown over and needs trimmed around things. Could be awesome place with a little TLC. Good place to stay if able to get campsite on water (if you have a smaller camper).

Beautiful resort located right on the water. The staff is very understanding and well-mannered. We like other tourist had fun with them. Their guide was just not treating us like tourist but they treat like their family member.

Great facility! We stayed here in the RV campground. Took one star away because the bathroom facilities for the campground are too small. They were busy every morning and closed early at night.

We stayed in the campground. Sites are small and crowded. That is stuff you deal with at many places. We were given slips for our boats that were double booked and the marina manager had just left every time we tried to speak with him. The casino manager stepped in and went above and beyond to help us out. We heard staff walk by the front desk and say turning off my radio I can't deal with this anymore. Jesse did an awsome job helping and she should not have had to deal with marina issues. Jeremy was also very helpful. Fine tuning and customer service training would make this place a 5 star resort hands down.

Bar and casino are nice but small. Buffet food is sub par. Nice pool and hot tub.

Tightest machines of any of the local casinos. Nice location. Shower door handles in bad spot. If you pull them shut you smash your fingers. Pool has outdoor passage, nice in winter months.. 1 extra star was given for the pool.

My family had a great time at the hotel, the casino, bar, and the restaurant. Everything we did there was a lot of fun!! We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

We recently rented out some space from the convention center for a family gathering. They provided us with coffee and water. The server that came in from the restaurant was very nice and professional. He handled all of our orders and didn't forget a single order. After the event, the tables were quickly cleaned and taken care of. I would definitely host an event there again.
