Franchise store. The staff are great. The location physically works better takeout. Not a lot of spaces to sit and the lobby gets congested with people waiting for their order.
I can always tell the difference between a company owned store and a contract store

Busy making Frappuccino’s the warm day I went in. Very crowded with everyone waiting, but the staff were very friendly.

It is a good Starbucks with a good staff and service but this location won’t take rewards free drinks. It is a tight spot and it gets warm when the sun is shining, which in Michigan isn’t too often but on that note there is great out door seating.

My daily Starbucks during the work week! I go here 1-2 times a day - the staff knows me by name and each employee knows my (somewhat complex) daily drink order by memory. That kind of service makes it hard to go anywhere else!

Cool staff, most of them remembers the regular customers by name and their regular orders. Quick service and lot of options.

Just wanted to commend the staff for a great experience. We were part of the run this past weekend, Oct. 15, and joined the never ending line for an early morning pick me up. The 3 team members moved this line with speed and grace. Well done. We are from Canada and appreciate the friendly people.

This Starbucks is often very busy and packed with little seating room. It would benefit from implementing support for mobile ordering... The staff were really friendly and efficient though!

Bad customer service and they don't acknowledge Starbucks Rewards Benefits despite actively advertising them. The response from employees when pressed for explanations? "We're not corporate; I don't know" or "I don't know; my manager told me."
