New York Deli

We ordered for delivery, and 60 minutes later we got a call from a random number saying they couldn't find our hotel. It turned out they were going to a completely incorrect address. Ten minutes later the food is still not there, and by then we're sure the food is ice cold. We ordered nearly 100 dollars worth of food, and we weren't about to take it like that because of their mistake. So we called the restaurant and they connected us to the manager, who told us they used a third party delivery service so it wasn't their fault. Maybe its not your fault, but it is your responsibility as a restaurant. By that time it was 10:30, and we were starving. The guy on the phone said it wasn't his problem and that was it, they cancelled the order. Never trying this place again, I don't care how good its supposed to be. With customer service like that, its just not worth it.

It's sad the place was once a nice place to go watch jai alai but it's all gone to the poker room so there's no more jai alai my experience there everybody was rude and all you see is a bunch of track rats if it wasn't the fact for the Belmont race I probably would have stayed home and bet online stop offering dollar bets at jai alai and they stopped offering Miami jai alai beting and on Tuesday night since there's not that many tracks they feel that they don't need that many tellers so what does it look like to you that it's all about the poker room bye Ocala jai alai the place is so poorly run down I don't know how they pass inspections I'd be happy one day to read that it finally closed my advice to you all people who like gambling find somewhere else to gamble this experience is not worth it

New York Deli

My favorite cultural venue in NYC. Most of the best classical music concerts are held in this historical hall. The architecture is beautiful and the management is great. Seating is very organized. Events are amazingly very well chosen. Definitely a must visit if you're into classical orchestral music.

New York Deli

This place was worth the wait. We waited in line for an hour and a half because their New York location will be closing towards the end of the year. Once inside our food came fast and service was attentive. The Reuben with pastrami was delicious and can be shared with 2 or three people it is so large. Make sure to leave a space in your stomach for dessert ! Tip: if you don't want to wait in line , you can order take out in the line to the right.

New York Deli

First time in New York and was checking out places that I have heard about. I wanted to go here because of the reputation. And, I was in the mood for Corned Beef. We waited in line about 25 minutes before getting seated. Service was not extremely fast but considering the number of people in the place I think it was good. The pickles that they bring out are exceptional. I would have like to have had more of them. The Pastrami sandwich was huge (but I ate it all). Potato salad was okay - and the cheesecake for desert was very good - and a huge slice. The only problem I had was the price. $75 for 2 people to have lunch. Pastrami Sandwiches $19.99 each, potato salad $5 each, Ice tea $4, Lemonade $3, one slice of strawberry cheesecake $11.99, But with the deli's reputation, location and fame - I should have expected that. :-) Since they are closing I am really glad I got the opportunity to eat here at least once.

I was very disappointed in the fact that there was nobody at the window for cashiers and there was no food able to be ordered. And also we drove all the way from Ocala to Orange Lake and now because there was no cashier's we have to turn around and go all the way back to Orange Lake and then all the way back here to Ocala to cash our tickets in which I think is ludicrous
