My friend and I were very excited to visit the Sugar Factory after seeing so much hype about it. We decided to visit the smaller version of the store in the mall. We both got milkshakes. First, the two ladies working were not very pleasant and acted as if we were bothering them by actually ordering. The sugary cocktails they offer are over 20 dollars but the milkshakes are 9. I was very excited about my milkshake as the photo made it look decadent. After waiting about 10 minutes (yes, 10 minutes for 1 single milkshake) it did not at all look like the photo, it tasted like a McDonald's milkshake (I ordered the Cookie Jar Milkshake). Pretty disappointed in my overall experience. Additionally, there isn't prices on any merchandise, which most of it is junk anyway. The next time I visit Vegas I will not be making a stop.

Definitely liked the old Sugar Factory better when it was located on the strip by the Paris hotel. They use to have a variety of desserts in the candy shop from cakes, cookies, cupcakes and lots of other sweet treats. The candy store is very watered down now. We got drinks and left after drinking them because the staff, atmosphere and overall experience was just very dull. Def won’t be going back.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Took my son here for his 10th birthday. They said they would make it special for him when I booked. Our server was miserable and our food came out at different times and was luke warm rather than hot. Nothing special about the food and it was very expensive. Signature goblet cocktail WITHOUT alcohol $38 and was mostly ice. My son was told as we entered you get sang to if it's your birthday. Being 10 this was a big deal and he waited for it. What they failed to say was that you had to buy a desert (cheapest 2 scoops of ice cream $10). We did this for his birthday. Server said they could not split the bill but provided us with total so we could work it out ourselves! Our bill was over $200 for rubbish service, food that was on below the level of fast food. My son cried in disappointment. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. So many other places to eat on the strip which are far nicer like the in and out burger for example! I have written to The Sugar Factory and it has not even been acknowledged.

What a bad experience. Here to eat an ice cream, we were just beginning and the manager came and told us « Sorry you need to go, we want the table for other people ».
I precise that there were other tables available.

Overpriced candy bar, no prices on any souvenirs. Credit card machine declined 3 separate cards before finally the 4th worked. Not sure what kind of vodka was in the drink but it has a bitter taste, quite sad in a sugary drink.

My husband and I went last night. 1. We walked in and had to find someone to sit us because the outside hosts were chatting away with each other. 2. We're sat immediately, however it takes 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. I noticed the server we had walked past out table 4 or 5 times before being directed to take care of us. 3. He was extremely slow and the food was nothing spectacular. My chicken alfredo tastes better than the dish a sugar factory. The perk of dinner was the strawberry milkshake I had with my meal. It was to die for. Please don't waste your time and energy going here unless it is for dessert.
Update....
After my review. I was contacted by the manager of the Vegas Sugar Factory. She wanted me some to give them the opportunity to offer us a better dining experience. I would not be near a sugar factory until 4 months later. They said it was okay and Thanksgiving week I went to the Sugar Factory in Orlando. The service was excellent and everyone was quite accommodating. It received ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this time around.

Service sucked!!! I'm at this restaurant as we speak and writing this review because I'm mad, there is overweight Hispanic server was grumpy and rude and giving us attitude when asked for water and barely checked up on us
