Me and my husband always come in the bar we have never had any issue with any bartender. Until today we order an order of bourbon wings which came in a meal and a side order of fries to go. When my husband brought the wings home and we started to eat I bit into one wing and it was gummy and smelled like they cook dirty chicken in dirty grease. And I also noticed the wing was battered in flour and fried. So I immediately called the location on Ann road to explain to the lady Westley the situation with my food.she argued me on the phone not even listening to what the customer was trying to express to her she displayed poor customer service and it seems like this is not the first time someone has reported her. So I told her I was on my way to show her how poorly her food was served to the customer. When I arrived I showed her how the chicken was battered and how pink and gummy the chicken was and she still argued with me and said she was calling the police and denied me my money back. Like I Express we were normal regular customers with no issues ever and I will never go back to a place that doesn't respect and value customer service I will also spread the word. If you value your establishment you need to rectify the situation immediately.

APA match played great service. Need to have a couple of wheel chair friendly tables though. I kill my shoulders when eating because all of the tables are so tall for a person in a wheelchair chair. Also pool tables are not very good. I always cut myself on 1 of the pockets because you have to push a stuck ball through instead of just taking it out of the pockets.

Wife and I just walked out. I got here 20 min ago and sat at a table. No one greeted me. No one came to ask if I wanted a menu... wanted a drink. Bar is kinda full but they have 2 or 3girls running the bar area. Not a word from any of them. My wife comes in and sits at the table with me. Another 10 min goes by and I can see the blonde bartender looking back she doesnt say anything. Maybe they dont Serbs tables.... even thought they have every other night I have been here. Not a word. We walked out I hear the other girl say I think they are leaving. I cant be positive but zi think she said "so"
So..?? So I wont come back. There are other places not coming here just means more room in my phone since I can delete your app.

Nice servers. Nice our staff. Great service. On Saturdays after 10 there's karaoke. Love that.

Always love this resort !!! Surely going back as soon as possible.. Beautiful view, awesome people just all around relaxing place to bury your feet in the sand... ????????????

wish the cooks would cook with some pride! one day borscht is great next time watered down . eating there is like playing slots you might get lucky
