The staff can be rather rude. Also when it shows offers of $30 dollar Freeplay they say I don't have any

The Den and Blu are excellent hotel rooms nice but often uncomfortable with other guests asking for money to start their freeplay

Slot selection is great very friendly and helpful workers. Easy to get drinks and very clean.
