Spice Market Buffet

The wait at Spice Market Buffet was crazy! We called ahead and were told it was a 25-minute wait; we actually waited at least an hour and a half in three different lines. When we were finally seated, we noticed over half of the tables were empty. It just seemed like the restaurant was severely under-staffed. There were only two cashiers open, tables took forever to be cleared, the solo worker running the dessert station was incredibly stressed out, and food dishes took awhile to be refilled at the buffet. A restaurant with such a huge line and so many empty tables just didn't make sense. Luckily the food was good and was a decent price, but we will not be coming again...not worth the wait.
