Had a great experience with the Planet Hollywood staff. From the moment I stepped foot off my car and was warmly greeted by the valet and bell hop personnel, to the time that I checked out and was given a friendly goodbye from the customer service representative at the front desk, I can say that every interaction I had with a PH employee was very pleasant and professional. The rooms are large and very clean and there is a young, hip crowd that frequents Planet Hollywood. They have a great selection of restaurants that range from something as quick and easy as the World Famous Pink's hotdogs, to the more upscale such as PF Changs or The Spice Market Buffet. Had a great time and won't hesitate to recommend PH to a friend.
