Prior to arriving we received an email from reservations that we could upgrade or room. We had booked two rooms, one for ourselves and one for family. Upon our arrival we asked the check in staff member about the upgrade and adjoining rooms. He did not wish to accommodate us at all. He offered us a highly expensive suite for a discount of 40.00 per night. We showed him our email, and also advised we really wanted adjoining rooms. We ended up with rooms on the same floor but quite far apart. The room was clean but certainly not what we wanted. The housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The bell staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurants in the Casino were horrible. They should close the doors or get new chefs. We were sick every time we ate here. We did eat at much better places at other Casinos. The Casino has a terrible odor most times, its actually very off putting. Most the guests are young so this was not the place to be for middle aged folks. We use to love staying here before the remodel years ago. This was our last visit to Planet Hollywood.
