The staff is so nice! We arrived 3 hours before we could check into our room, but no rooms were ready just yet. We had a wedding to attend that started at the same time as our check in time. We explained to the staff members that we needed to get ready, and drop off our luggage. The manager took down my cell number, and said he would personally call me as soon as a room was ready. He quoted me about 2 hours before the next room would be ready, but he called me 30 minutes later! Staff went above and beyond for my wife and I, and we will definitely book Flamingo in the future.
