The WORST experience ever. If you enjoy waiting 3 hours AFTER your rooms were suppose to be ready, and love having room service steal your medicine and clothes this is the Hotel for you! Management has done absolutely nothing to fix this problem. We have gone around in circles trying to find a solution and have our property returned to us but nothing has changed. It has even gotten to the point that we have gotten the police involved and are waiting an investigation. The room was extremely out dated, sinks don't drain, sheets weren't changed for they had stains when we arrive, dust so thick and black, and unwilling to accommodate handicapped grand parents. Will never return to this terrible hotel and casino again.
