WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
This hotel deserves zero stars! One our first day our hotel key is not working only hours after checking in. I spend 30 minutes on the phone with the front desk and security, while my boyfriend waits in a long line in the lobby to speak with someone in customer service. Over 30 minutes later, somehow we were accidently checked out of the hotel. How are you accidentally checked out of your hotel room?!?! After this outrageous blunder you would think nothing else could go wrong. WRONG!!! The lovely people at Flamingo charge my credit card twice for 1 room, not only did they me twice the second charge was at much higher rate. So here we are again me and my boyfriend waiting in another 30 plus minute line at customer service to get issue resolved. The people at the front desk were completely lost and had no idea what was going on and tried to convince me the extra charges were just resort fees. Right, resort fees that cost more than the actual room?!?!
Our room was completely outdated. The house keepers do not clean the rooms!!! They literally only made our bed and put fresh towels in the room NOTHING ELSE WAS TOUCH!!! Over half of the elevators did not work!!! So we have to wait and wait and wait before we were able to go up to our because they always was a crowd waiting for the few working elevators. The working elevators were not in great condition at all missing buttons on the control panel, malfunctioning doors, very scary needless to say. Stay away from the benches in the valet area unless you want to be attacked my multiple cockroaches. The valet was so unorganized and always backed up. We were stucked in the valet waiting line for over 15 minutes because unparked cars and people wanting for their luggage.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!! Needless to say this was the worst experience I ever had at any hotel. Our Vegas vacation turned into a Vegas nigthmare. We checked out today, and will never return to the Flamingo!!!
