Never again. Checked in at 10pm although check in was 4pm and was told we'd get an email when our room was ready! Finally get in our room around 11pm and it is DISGUSTING. Garbage in dresser drawers, broken shower head, mold on shower railing, toothpaste on cupboards, food under bed, etc. Called down to front desk and received a call back from housekeeping saying we can wait for someone to become available to clean it or have front desk move us to a different room. So moved into another room... still disgusting but not as bad as the first. And instead of one king bed, we get 2 fulls. Shower water cold. I could go on... horrible experience period.
