We upgraded to a suite. The amount of space was great and the bathroom was really nice! It had a king size bed. I was disappointed that the couch did not fold out to a bed. I have 4 kids and we do not all fit on a king size bed. Some of the staff was very rude! My husband asked one of the housekeepers for extra towels and she rolled her eyes and said he needs to call housekeeping. She then proceeded to hand him 2 towels but was not very nice. We then went to get Chinese food from the restaurant. We ordered it to go and my husband asked for soy sauce. The man said he already put some in the bag. My husband checked and there was none. The man said again he put some in. My husband showed him the bag and he put 2 in. My husband asked for more and he put 1 in. My husband asked for more again since we were a family of 6 eating. He then put 1 more in the bag. I really don't understand why they were rude but it doesn't make me very excited to come here again. Oh and I almost forgot...I took the kids to the pool and they loved it! The lazy river was awesome for my kids!
