WORST customer service. I decided to get a room by myself on Christmas because I was going to be alone. I specially requested a quiet room and I was given the noisiest room. I splurged on myself and paid $400 for the grand suite. Thinking they would accommodate me, I called and requested to change rooms. The hotel receptionist told me that there was nothing she could do for me in the rudest manner. I requested to speak to a manager, she transferred me to a voicemail. Great customer service NOT!
It's bad enough to be alone at Christmas but then they put me next to a family celebrating and being loud. If I would've brought a gun, I would've killed myself.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, AWFUL STAFF.
