Their customer service for the Hotel does not deserve not one half of a star!!! Horrid Customer Service!!! Gary needs to be Fired he is a rude SOB!!! I know he hates his job very much just by the way he treats customers. I call back after hearing "well I am just the hotel operator I don't know what you want me to do about it" (OMG Really) a female answers and puts me on hold for 10 minutes. I give up!!! I will take my money elsewhere!! No more Buffalo Thunder/Cities of Gold for me. I have not entered a Target in over 20 years due to the customer service I received back then and when the service is bad, I will not continue to shop or play there. They can shove their business where the sun don't shine!!!
