I think they are writing some of their own reviews. Rooms were small, no room service, one place to eat after 11:00 PM. I don't know about others but I like to eat when I am through gambling at 4:00 AM.
I was playing Blackjack & twice the dealer took pushes. The second time I raised a fuss. Their answer, escort me to my room & ban me from Caesars Palace properties. They would not review the recording. The security guards escorted me to cash in which I did for $950. Evidently I did not get the money fast enough so the security guard grabbed it. When I got to my room I only had $900. The next day I came down to the lobby just to get a coke & was sitting in a chair no where near any gaming tables & they said I had to either go back to my room or leave the casino & any other Caesars property! That was over a year ago & I have been back since but I won't ever go back to a Caesars property after being cheated at the Blackjack table. Also another reason is at the Coliseum paying $35 for a double Jack & water & then not getting the seat I had paid to have. I should have been a lot closer to the stage but they put me in a folding chair which obviously was not right. When I got home I called about that but they already had my money so they couldn't care less if I got the right seat.
