Just checked in, but wished I haven't. I travel for work, and thought I should try a non chain hotel. Checked in girl "Cam" had no customer service at all. She acted very bothered to answer basic hotel questions such as - where the closest elevator to my room. Once I got to my room, which is not close to what I asked for..strike 2. strike 3...bathroom have hair all over the floor , now I wonder if the room was even clean. I called for service, rude tone and asked how long have I been here?? This is L'Auberge...I thought this is suppose to be a class act hotel. Too much trouble to move, let see if the rest of my visit will improve.
