Loved the hotel rooms and casino. Pool was also awesome. However, there were two things that bothered me. 1. Why am I charged a "hotel fee" for every night I stay? I made the reservations at a price that I thought was fair. However, if you are planning on staying here they charge you $40 extra a night and don't tell you until your checking in, and they take it out of a $300 up front charge! I also had a random $150 charge on my account after I left, and had to deal with a terrible customer help team. 2. WHY IN THE WORLD do you not provide tubes for the lazy river. How much could that really cost the casino to buy 20 inner tubes? Was bummed out by the hidden fee's and that is the reason I will go to a different hotel the next time I stay.
