I would stay at this hotel again. Overall a phenomenal experience. Pros: -Downtown Grand REALLY knows how to do food, excellent breakfasts (breakfast served all day, woohoo!) Wings, bacon, eggs, potatoes especially great. Room service covered all of our needs with food, drinks and condiments -Staff is very friendly, they made us feel like family/old friends, especially waitresses in the Freedom Beat restaurant -Great drinks -Citrus pool deck is very relaxed and also offers a great full bar with food accommodations -Rooms are clean and spacious -Felt safe, saw security on the grounds every day keeping a look out, multiple locks on doors Cons: -No fan in bathroom -Woken up by housekeeping next door loudly arguing with her boyfriend on the phone -The pillows were very stiff and full of stuffing (not suitable for children or smaller people's necks) -Loud street performancesat night (ear plugs are provided) -TV didn't work the whole time we were staying, but we weren't bothered by it and staff will come up and fix it if you notify them
