I met a friend for dinner at WinStar. Even though it wasn't a weekend evening, the buffet was a little too expensive. We decided to eat at Chips 'n Ales because we wanted something casual. I ordered chicken strips, and my friend ordered a chicken pot pie. The chicken strips were good, but the chicken pot pie wasn't like any we had seen before. Someone came over to ask if we liked our meal, and my friend said no. The lady apologized and asked if he wanted something else. He said no, so she gave him a voucher for a free meal on his next visit. Great customer service!
