The only thing good about Caesars Palace is how pretty it is. Costumer service is horrible. I called down to reserve my room for another night. They told me a rate and that they would hold my room all I needed to do was come down with photo ID and sign. When I got to the front desk they told me my room was held and they could not extend my night there. They made me move rooms and charged me almost double what they told me on the phone. The pool is only open until 6pm. They have a fridge but it's so full you cannot put any of your own stuff in it. They nickel and dime you for absolutely everything!! They tell you the room rate but fail to tell you there is an almost $50 resort fee until check out. The store vendors harass you in the halls EVERY TIME YOU WALK BY. I will never stay at Caesars again.
