I give it a one star because the desk clerks were very nice. However, if you go to the Isle of Capri Hotel make sure you are staying at the TOWER! and not the Inn. The Inn hotel is disgusting! There was so much dirt and dust I was sneezing and coughing and I do not have allergy problems. I had to wait until almost 6 p.m. to get in my room that was reserved months prior! The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but there was a heavy smell of smoke. The beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were flat and the covering on the beds were not even clean! The dust on the baseboards was so thick I though they were white but they were actually brown!!!! There was dust all around the door and we asked maintenance to clean it and it never got cleaned. There was hair all over the tub and it would not drain properly. Will never stay here again! Hire a new cleaning crew!!!!!
