We came for lunch at the buffet. I gave it 4 stars because the cashier station is extremely slow. There were only a few people in line, yet with only one cashier the line was way too slow. I think they would bring in so much more plant/local workers if they would add about 4 more cash registers. Now onto the food. There is a wide variety of food to choose from that is pretty fresh. There is a create your own omelette and pasta station that is very nice. There is a variety of Mexican, Chinese, and Cajun food. There is also a salad bar and quite a few desserts. We come here every few months when we want something different, but don't feel like driving over the bridge.
