Front desk staff has the rudest customer facing service I have ever seen. Scolded me for using my wife's Expedia to book the room. You get charged extra for everything which feels more like an amusement park than a resort. Mini bar overcharged due to faulty auto charge system. No refunds. Pool was closed due to convention they failed to mention, and the front desk could care less that it was why I chose the hotel. Refused any remedy. Concierge saved my night by guiding me to the House of Blues which had great food and superb live band, The Bo Wilson Incident, but nothing to make up for the shameful treatment from the front desk.
Room was nice but designed to get more money out of you rather than provide convenience which put a tarnish on the modern elegance.
