I frequently visit the casino. Very frequently. I would like to inform you about an encounter with a cleaning lady in the bathroom not long ago inside the casino. She was an Hispanic woman in her 50s I'd assume. As I was walking out of the bathroom stall she actually grabbed my arm and told me that I made the mess inside there on the floor because there was toilet paper and trash on the floor inside the bathroom stall. I I'm always respectful of where I'm at I don't Litter I would never throw toilet paper on the floor but she assumed that it was me and very rudely hollered at me telling me to pick it up. When I told her I had nothing to do with that she insisted and was speaking in Spanish. I turned around and decided I needed to get her name but she was walking to the Back store closet and turned her name badge around backwards to where I could not see what her name was I was very offended and very upset at this situation. I am formed two managers of this encounter, but I saw she was still working there and still cleaning the other night. When she saw me she just rolled her eyes through her hands up and something in Spanish which did not seem too Pleasant.
