We had an absolutely wonderful time! The amenities were wonderful time the amenities were phenomenal except... My room was dirty upon arrival. There was fried chicken crumbs on the floor and in the sitting chairs. The refrigerator door was filthy and the tub and toilet were dirty. House Keeping was called and they cleaned the room for us. I also noticed later that my sheets had a blood stain. Management did rectify the situation, but with such a great experience. I wish my room would have met all the other higher standards by other areas of the hotel. We had two rooms and my families room was fine! Then I called the hotel to speak with management about the issue and they transferred me to customer service, which is in India and when I asked to Rate my stay she thought I wanted hotel Rates. It was a 5 minutes confusing ordeal! The hotel was great and we will go again, just hope for a better room!
