Excellent hotel and casino on the main Las Vegas strip. Check-in was kind of long, but it was a weekend. Don't forget to get a players card. When staying at the hotel, use the discount for the Luxor buffet hidden at the bottom of the casino's main floors, not in the food court area! Best wide selection of great food entrees, deserts, and beverages. If your lucky, the rooms in the pyramid are amazing, but with an angle to the outside wall! The elevator to the rooms can be an experience all by itself! Best location in all 360 degrees of the Hotel and Casino to nearby attractions. Valet and self parking. Best self parking in the rear of casino on the second floor, hidden in the back. When walking from the West entrance into the pyramid, you get a good birds eye view of the pool area day and night. Swimming area closed during winter and fall, but open to hotel quests or others when purchasing a wrist band for access to the pool area! Many options and pricing for eating, snacking, and shopping nearby. Casino and Hotel a little older, but like the classics of Vegas, this palace is worth the visit and staying a few nights.
